When will you be releasing my federal tax check that the irs released on july 18,2019?

My bank account was  closed out 7/10/19. Irs released my fed tax on 7/18/19 . And in which was sent to a 3rd party . For filing fees. When will you be sending my fed tax check????

TurboTax never touches your refund.  If you used incorrect banking information for you direct deposit, the refund gets returned to the IRS and they mail you a check.  In your case, if you chose to have your TurboTax fees removed from the refund by a third party bank, and they have incorrect banking information for you then you need to contact them.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
