When will we receive our tax refund we sent out January 27th and got and email both Federal & New Jersey return were accepted January 29th ?
It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks for your federal return to go from acceptance to approval. This time-frame is unrelated to how, where, or when you filed and it isn't connected to how quickly you got your refund last year.

In regards to your state return, some states start processing
e-filed returns at the same time as the IRS, while others don't start
processing until sometime later. The IRS and your state operate independently
of each other and the time frame in which each is accepted and processed can vary.
