When will turbo tax finish processing my Illinois Income Tax. It's sitting in my account as "started" but I haven't heard when the process will finish.

It's most likely because all of the Illinois tax forms have not been finalized yet. The remainder of the Illinois state tax forms will be available no later than 2/9/18.
