When will I recieve my debit card?

According to the Turbo Prepaid Card website "Your personalized card will arrive in the mail within 5 - 10 business days after successful registration. If it has been more than 10 business days since you registered your card, and you haven't received your personalized card, please report it on the Card Not Received page." You can also contact customer care at (888) 285-4169.

Ok how exactly are we supposed to report it on the card not received page if you need the card information (the information from the card THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED) to sign in to that page?

Your Turbo Prepaid Card account number can be located in one of three places:

    On the Filing Instructions (Page 1 of 1) of your TurboTax tax return OR;

    In the Refund section at the bottom of page 1 on your IRS 1040EZ OR;

    In the Refund section at the bottom of page 2 on your IRS 1040 or 1040A forms

If it has been longer than 10 business days since you filed your tax return and you selected your direct deposit with the Turbo Visa Debit Card (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days) you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to order a replacement card.
