We don't know what Turbotax might offer next season. In the past, Turbotax has not offered traditional refund advance loans. Instead, after you transmitted your return, you might be offered $250, $500, or $1000 in advance on a gift card, if you qualified and if you lived in one of the states where the program was allowed. And there was no interest on the advance, even if the IRS delayed your refund. But you only found out if you qualified after you filed. And we have no idea if they will keep the program the same or do something different this year.
Not until late January when the IRS opens Efiling and then only if Turbo Tax offers it to you. You can't ask for it. And you don't get it until after the IRS accepts your return. If they have the Advance next year, Here's info on it.
