When should I receive my state tax refund? I’ve filed a refund since 9 weeks and didn’t receive it yet.

After you prepare your state tax return in TurboTax and you chose to e-file it, the tax return is submitted electronically to the state government. If it is accepted at this point the government has all control over the tax return. There is no way of knowing exactly when the state will finish processing your return, but you can track your refund on your state department of revenue website.
