When should I receive my advance? I was notified on 1/31/20 that it was sent out. Is that email valid?

I received an email stating that my Turbo tax card was sent out the same day I did my taxes. Is this correct? Please let me know typically how long this takes as well as the validness of the card being sent out.

I was also approved for advance and already received Intuit card however your advance will not be on the card until the IRS has processed your return.

Thank you because that was actually my next question. I did not understand how Turbo Tax says that the IRS approved but online it was still pending!! Thanks again I really appreciate it!!
