When receiving an advance does the banking institution, ie. Century Bank, have to be open in order for your money to come through?

I was approved for an advance through TurboTax on Sunday and the IRS accepted both my state and federal return but it's been several hours and I have yet to receive my advance when it tells you you should receive it within 2 hours of IRS acceptance

This is not true, Terukol. The time they advise has passed for me and I have reached out to CK and Turbo. Both have no idea and CK hangs up on me. Turbo told me to contact MVB Bank which CK uses for funds. MVB also hung up on me. Banks are over-leveraged and TurboTax failed to deliver, just like the shorts, on your promise of refund advancement. I pray that my funds manage to show up, unlike Bank of America customers on 1/19/2023. I'll remember this when I file in the future.

Oh, I never did receive my refund from last year. I never heard from Turbo so I assume they got their $200 from me for their service at least. I didn't make a stink about it because my refund was around $500 last year due to my earnings on selling shares during the market conditions at the time. This year that is not the case due to my holding long on my remaining investment. Much more is on the line this year, and I am very upset after being a TurboTax customer since 2017.

I also must edit to say I just received an email advertisement as I was typing this to do the refund advance.
