When I try to print or view my online completed & accepted return I only can access page one. How can I access page two for my records?

How can I access page two of my 2018 return (completed & refund made)  when all methods provided only let me see page one?

The IRS Form 1040 for 2018 is two half pages.  The printout page for the Form 1040 combines both half pages onto one page.  Page 1 of the 1040 is the top half and Page 2 of the 1040 is the bottom half.
