Can you post some screenshots of where you are getting this and what the exact message is?
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
You can try these things:

I have finished with all of my taxes, and I am at this point.
I click on "Continue Filing", say I want to e-file, and go through to the end. Then I click on "Transmit my returns now".
It then says it is "finalizing everything", and it even says success.
But then it brings me to the screen below. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, using incognito mode, and even tried in a completely different browser, with the same result...
