When I restart turbotax 2017 it does not start where I left off, even though I saved it when I exited. Why is it bringing me back to the beginning?

I was on the Education Deductions when I save it. When I started TT again it did some more updates and now it wants to start me at the beginning with personal information.  All the data I entered for income and deductions is there but It does not know where I left off.  This has happened twice already.

To return to where you left off using Turbo Tax try these steps:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account
2. Click Take me to my return
3. Choose Pick up where I left off

Make sure you are using the same user ID every time.
