When I look at my documents last year's has over 100 and this year there is only 10 but the filling was the same and it's been over 30 days and I still no money

I have try to contact irs but can't get threw what is taking so long and did I enter something wrong and if I did what do I need to do

However, the IRS message is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update and show the status. The 21 days is just an estimated time frame. The IRS began processing returns on 2/12, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund.
