When I fix a "Check This Entry" the change is not being saved and after I complete it I am just asked to fix my return again, how can I fix this?

my taxes are saying that the agi of 2019 does not match with the IRS or the Pin#.

The AGI fills in automatically when its transfer to 2020. and the pin number is the same one every year. last year I did not e file because I had to pay, but I used turbo tax to prepare them

please help
