When I filed my taxes, I chose the option to receive the Credit Karma refund advance, but after filing, it’s not showing I chose that option. What do I do?

My return already got accepted but I haven’t received the refund advance in my Credit Karma account and when I spoke to the TurboTax agent on the phone, they said it didn’t show that I chose the refund advance option when finalizing my return, but I know I chose that option, I made sure to. Why did it change to just direct deposit and not the refund advance option?

If the Credit Karma Refund Advance does not appear right after you file, it's basically because the IRS hasn't accepted your return yet. The advance is issued after acceptance, not right away after filing. Keep watching your e-mail for a notification about your return.

 After the IRS has accepted your return, wait for 48 hours. 

If you already set up a Credit Karma account while filing with Turbo Tax, you can check your tax refunds status through both TurboTax and Credit Karma.

I had the exact same issue it's very confusing and deceiving. I went back and checked it like five times and kept clicking what I wanted and it kept changing it. I'm beginning to wonder if they're having an issue with their program.
