When I filed in April, Turbo Tax said I was due a return of $1,238.00, but now in August I got a letter from the IRS saying I still owe them $151.72. What is going on here?

Paid taxes in full from each paycheck as far as I know. No allowances or anything.

What did the IRS change on your return?  Did they add income?

You did not "pay taxes in full from each paycheck."  Rather, an amount was withheld based upon the W4 that you gave your employer.  Your actual taxes due may be more or less, especially if you have other nonwage income that is taxable.

Call the number on the letter from the IRS if you do not understand what they did.
