When filing state and federal, will I get two deposits or do I have to wait until both are accepted?

Since the state is still processing, i’m not sure if I will receive my federal first since it’s been accepted already.

Yes, you will get two separate checks. You will get a federal amount and a state amount. They are not connected.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
