When do I receive the prepaid card that my refund is being deposited on?

It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to come. If you believe you should have received your card by now, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169.

However, if you elected the NetSpend card it typically takes about 7-10 business days for your NetSpend card to arrive. You can contact customer service for NetSpend card at 1-855-646-8848.
