When can I expect my federal tax return? TurboTax is saying my files were accepted but the IRS is saying they are still being reviewed ?

Only the IRS can tell you.  The IRS does not update or tell Turbo Tax about your return after it is accepted.  Accepted is only the first step. It means the IRS verified your ID and accepted it for processing. Then it is processed. Then it is approved.
