What will happen if I filed my 2 taxes (w2) seperately?

When I input my 2 tax info my tax went down drastically. So what if I filed them seperately? What will happen?

If by taxes you are referring to income documents (W-2, 1099, etc.), you must report all the documents you received for the tax year on a single return for that tax year.

The IRS has copies of the tax documents that you receive and will verify if you have included them all on a single return.

You can only file one tax return per taxpayer, so that plan will not work.  If you try to file a second time it will be rejected.
