What money? The Turbo Tax fees? If you don’t have a federal refund you can’t deduct the fees. And you can’t deduct the fees from a state refund. You will have to pay the fees with a credit card.

Can I navigate this? I was supposed to get my state tax refund 2 years in a row, neither of which got sent to me. Please help, tax time coming up, 3rd year if idk
