There is nobody that you can contact. Only the IRS agent that is reviewing your return know that.
and even he doesn't know that because after his review a supervisor must approve it then it goes to another person to do the paperwork to prepare a refund (assuming you're still due one) and then your refund gets sent if there's id any
In the before times..before Covid-19 and Before Trump there was a taxpayer advocate system where you could talk to someone to help you through the maze. Honestly there still is but it is overworked and under staffed.
