What is the $59.99 for add'l services & products purchased? Would like detail of what I am paying for.

In addition to the $59.99 fee there is a $39.99 fee for processing the refund.  So am I paying twice for the processing fee.  Something does not seem right.  I thought I was paying for access to a live CPA.

The 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge is to have the fee deducted from your refund.  You can pay with a credit card to avoid the extra charge.
