What is "State and Local Tax Refund Summary"

This summary screen shows all of your entries for prior years' state and local tax refunds (whether or not you received a 1099-G to report them). Please see the attached screenshot for reference. 

You can navigate to this section by taking the following steps: 

1.) Federal

2.) Wages and Income

3.) Other Common Income

4.) Refunds Received for State/Local Tax Returns
