If you are getting a refund there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. You would only have a late filing penalty and/or interest if you owed taxes. You do have to print and mail your 2016 return--e-fiing is closed for 2016 returns.

Are you sure your Federal refund is correct? That is very high.
