Go to this link on the IRS website for details on what to do if you did not receive a W-2 from your employer. If you end up needing to file Form 4852, you can prepare it in TurboTax and it will be included in your tax return. You do not have to use the Form 4852 that the IRS sends you. But the first step is to contact the employer.
Please contact your employer to try to get a copy of your W-2.
In TurboTax, you may try to download the W-2 from your employer but you generally have to have information on the W-2 form to complete the download. See here.
If you cannot get a copy of your W-2, then you may be able to file your return using a “substitute W-2” IRS form 4852 but you will not be able to electronically file your return. To do this, you would need have your final paystub from December and file using the numbers on that final paystub. See here.
