What if I already filed my taxes and today I received a 1099-g form?

Today the IRS accepted my e file return. But today I got a 1099-G form in the mail. Do I need to do anything with it?

What if I already filed my taxes and today I received a 1099-g form?

You will have to go in and amend your tax return.
