What happens if you receive a letter saying you owe more money to the treasury from your tax return last year? Would TurboTax not be responsible for that?

I received a letter saying I owed around $190 to the treasury from last year. I put all of my information into the app but for some reason I’ve received this letter. Is there a way to make a claim through TurboTax?
