What happens if I don't file my taxes through Turbo Tax and go through another venue after already paying my IN taxes that are due?

I don't have my taxes from last year and it's getting complicated trying to do it through Turbo Tax so I am going to use a different source.

Nothing. Just don't pay your IN taxes twice.
