What happen to my 2018 tax return?

I used turbo tax for filing my 2018 return and the IRS stating that they have no returns from me at all. Please tell me where are my returns. Thanks

I don’t want to reply... I would like to also know where mine is?? I clearly have an email from TurboTax letting me know that my 2018 tax was accepted. I have followed and am using ALL the correct information, yet it still says that I didn’t file through you guys... wth is going on?? I already paid to complete this years return yet without my AIG it won’t go through... I’m seriously frustrated. Never have I had issues before.
