What does the Irs mean by they are processing my return

Where are you entering this information?  Did you receive a letter from the IRS?

Federal says “still processin but state was approved and paid out.
I have a turbo card and so far no state return or trace of as to where it went after state released it. ?!? 
what is going on?

@Balloongirl81 Where are you seeing that message?  The IRS never knows if your state refund was paid, nor does TurboTax know.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
