What do I need to do to complete and submit my 2016 taxes? I filed 2014 and 2015 thru Turbo Tax but had to manually send them in.

Go to this TurboTax website to purchase a download for one of the 2016 desktop editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2016 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
