What do I do when box numbers and labels differ between Turbo Tax and my actual tax document?

I am running Turbo Tax Premier 2018 and have installed the latest updates as of Jan. 28.

When entering my 1099-DIV from Wells Fargo, everything is fine until Box 5.  Turbo has labelled Box 5 "Section 199A dividends" whereas this line item is missing on my Wells Fargo tax document.  The tax document skips over it, and Box 5 is labelled "Investments expenses".

All other line items are there, but the box number and label are off by one following Box 5.  I've attached screenshots of TurboTax and the actual tax document.

Is this Form 1099-DIV from Wells Fargo labeled as a 2018 Form 1099-DIV?  If so, complain to Wells Fargo that they are not using a form properly updated for 2018 and enter the items by box name rather than by box number.

Boxes 5 through 14 on a 2017 Form 1099-DIV have been renumber to boxes 6 through 15 on a 2018 Form 1099-DIV, with a new box 5 for Section 199A dividends.

If it's a 2017 Form 1099-DIV, it goes on your 2017 tax return, not on your 2018 tax return.

dmertz - you nailed it.  It's a 2017 1099.  The UI is not intuitive.  To get my tax year 2018 1099, I have to select *filing* year 2019.  Thanks.
