What do I do if TT did not give me my full refund, and I already called to verify with BFS wasn't an offset on my return? IRS informed me that they sent the full amount.

There are a few reasons your refund might be a different amount:

• Your refund may be different if you used the Refund Processing Service to pay your TurboTax Online fees. If you did, your TurboTax fees plus the additional processing fee is deducted from your Federal Tax refund. (Many people use this method to pay the Turbotax fee's instead of using a credit card.) 

• You may also see a change in your refund amount because the IRS made a change to your tax return.
