What do I do about my 2020 return that I have not received I have been to the IRS office in Lynchburg recently and thought it was fixed but cannot find out anything?

I received a letter from IRS 5071C , went to IRS office in person and verified my identity,how can I find out if my return was accepted? I have already received my refund for 2022 just today actually. But cannot find out anything about 2020 return.

WHEN did you verify your ID ?    Once you have done it  the IRS can take 9 weeks or more to process the return.  Check online once a week until you see progress ...   www.IRS.gov/refund
