TurboTax provides software for a do-it-yourself tax return.  If you used TurboTax your return was self-prepared.  You might need to explain that to someone at your school who is still ignorant of the fact that millions of U.S. citizens and taxpayers now use software to prepare their own tax returns, so there cannot be a "tax preparer letter."
