What can I do? Im trying to amend my taxes but it’s telling me my TIN has to match my social in my original tax return. I checked and it does, what do I do?

where are you getting this message - rejection after submitting or before you even submit? don't file an amended return until your original return has been fully processed.

At the end when it does it’s last check before submitting. I was audited and received a letter from the irs to correct the mistake
