It depends. If you were trying to login too many times in one day, you will be locked out.

The lockout will only release when the 24 hours have passed. Don’t contact the IRS for assistance with a lockout: IRS assistors can’t unlock your account.
I'm still not able to get on the IRS website. It's still telling me that our information doesn't match. I have been on the site before and I'm putting the same information in. I need to talk to someone about this.
Please visit the TurboTax Help article below for information regarding Stimulus payments. Per the IRS Get My Payment website, "Do not call the IRS. Our phone assistors don't have information beyond what's available on IRS.gov."
