I still have this message and found out I was under review.  I have a code 570 on my transcripts that should be lifted on 3-5-2018

I have that message. I called the IRS and they wanted an ID verification. Spent two hours on the phone with them and they say the paperwork should be handled in 6 to 8 weeks

It is just the IRS letting you know they do have your return and are working on it.  The IRS expects most tax payers to receive their refund in 21 days from the date it was accepted.
