We have been audited and have documents to be faxed to IRS ... IRS fax comes back with "no answer" ... does anyone know how are are suppose to do this now?

i have been reading those as i see them but i have not found anything on Audit Returns. I completely understand the Covid effects on this but i'm just trying to see if anyone knows anything on Audit Returns ... thank you so much for your reply
