We filed electronic with Turbotax on March 14, 2019. When we will get a refund of 984?

When I fill out my taxes with turbotax, I followed the instructions very carefully, but I did not see the step 3.  When I checked on the status of my refund, there is no record that I filed. I kept the e-filing on PDF.  Please advise what can I do now. This is the third year I have used Turbotax and never before I had a problem.  Did not see step 3. Why cannot I communicate with a person on Turbotax?

When you log in what is the filing status of the return ?  Does it give you the option to continue the return ?  Does it say accepted/rejected/ready to mail ?

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?  

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section.  In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".  

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status -  https://www.irs.gov/refunds
