TT does not receive income tax refunds.  Only the IRS can tell you if your refund was issued, so check the Where's My Refund website.

Whether your tax returns were e-filed depends if you set them to e-file or paper file. TurboTax would send you a notice if the return was e-filed to the IRS and to the state.
