I am so angry - there I was amending my return and just needed to recheck a few numbers. It took long enough that the system logged out. When I logged back in, it didnt present an option anymore for me to amend online. It's not that it lost my info - its probably in there somewhere. And frankly, I can easily recreate the simple tweaks I was making. But I cant access the function at all now. The button has disappeared. I have logged on and off, refreshed, and tried their EXTREMELY F'G USELESS help feature. Then I called the 2 different customer service numbers I could find and after 5 minutes of communication with an AI assistant, was hung up on. There doesnt seem to be anyone at intuit who cares about their customer experience. Between that and some UI issues and lack of followup from them last year, I'm not sure I want to remain a customer. But I need to finish fixing my 2024 return amendment....anyone else experience this? Is there anything else I can do? They dont even show "Online Premium" which is what I had in the "select a product" picklist below....come on Intuit, get it together!!!!

@Leviclimber I found your comment while searching for the exact same thing, I left thew room to retrieve my DL and when I returned and added the info... from there I could copy and paste your experience. I have been using TT since 1998 and now I am lost as to how to proceed, I would like to amend 2024 before filing 2025. Does anyone on here have a solution?
The easiest way to deal with this is to switch to the desktop program. You will have a lot more control over the return that way.
