Want to preview then print 2020 returns before filing.I have already paid license code [removed] why is print center asking me to pay again?

You are not filing a 2020 tax return.  The year people are filing now is 2019.  You will not file a 2020 return until next year in 2021--when tax year 2020 is over.

You appear to be posting from online software instead of the desktop CD/download software that the license code is for.  If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

If you purchased the TurboTax software on a CD then you should have installed the program on your personal computer.

You are  using the TurboTax online editions which are different then the desktop CD/Download editions and have separate price points.  There is no license code required when using the online editions.  The license code is only required for the desktop CD/Download editions.
