W We filed where are my tax refund?

We filed our taxes on 4-15-19, we were told it had been excepted and still haven't received our check. Why are we receiving a letter for5071 from IRS?

Accepted is not the same as Approved, which is a later step.

Only the IRS can tell you why they sent that letter, as they do not notify TT. But you nay have been picked at random for an identity verification. Be sure to answer it.
