Where do I adjust for taxes paid on an inherited US Savings Bond?

To enter taxes paid on an inherited US Savings Bond:

1. Log on to TurboTax.
2. Click on Take me to my return.
3. On the left side navigation bar, click on Federal.
4. Click on the top Deductions & Credits tab.
5. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid. 
6. Scroll down to Other Income Taxes, click Start.
7. Scroll down to Other Income Taxes Paid in 2017, Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099, click Start.
8. Enter the amount in the appropriate category.
9. Continue with the onscreen interview until complete.
