If you have transmitted the tax return without the Ohio tax information, you are not able to retrieve the tax return.
You will have to wait until you are notified that the tax return has either been accepted or rejected by the IRS and/or the state.

If the tax returns are accepted as you have described, the tax returns will need to be amended to include the missing Ohio tax information.
Amended Federal and state tax returns will not be available for several more weeks.

So my Ohio return was accepted and I received a letter from Ohio station I owe them money. The letter says I need to reply by Feb 13th. Turbo Tax says I cannot amend my return until Feb 15th. Great service since they are who left my info blank in the first place.
Reply by mail to the Ohio Department of Taxation by February 13 explaining your situation.
