Unable to efile 2025 Amended Form 1065 Partnership ???

I have already efiled 2025 Form 1065 and IRS has already accepted this on 3/6/26. Then I received a corrected Charles Schwab Form 1099-B.  I use the original turbotaxfile and choose to amend this on turbotax (TT) desktop software. TT created form 1065-X. When it comes to efile or file, I choose "efile".. Beyond this, TT does not do anything and thinks it is already filed. I have no idea how to proceed with this Form1065-X amended return. Pls advice

You cannot e-file an amended Form 1065 partnership return using TurboTax Business; you must print and mail it. Although you can use the software to update forms and prepare the amended return (Form 1065-X), the final submission requires printing and mailing to the IRS.

Be sure to sign and send your amended return via certified mail with a return receipt for tracking.  See Instructions for Form 1065-X on the IRS website for a mailing address and other details.

Yes TT did generate the Form 1065-X. However it seems the filing instructions need to be updated as it is showing the same exact info as the original return.

I have filed amended tax returns with Turbotax in the past and the filing instructions tend to have the headings "Amended" and list the address to mail this amended tax returns.

Anyway I will proceed to mail this amended Form 1065-X.
