TurboTax "Tell Us What you Think" Feedback form is Inoperative

When I select send for feedback in the "Tell Us What you Think" form, a message comes up and says, "system unavailable, try again later".  And it erases my entire message so I must recreate!!! Have tried 5 times over a week.  TT Premier Windows Desktop

Over the years I've learned to always copy/paste my comment into Notepad before clicking SUBMIT on any form.

Especially if you want a record of it.

You could call customer service and see if the problem has been reported and is being worked on.
