turbotax says my return was accepted 4/12/26 but the IRS site says "Your 2025 Tax Return Is Not Processed". should I be concerned?

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

No. Accepted and processed are two different things. Accepted means that your return has been received by the IRS and has passed their initial screening. Processing means that the IRS is reviewing your return.
