@dr91 asked: "Turbotax says it filed my Colorado state tax in February - but as of now (March 29) the State web site says 'not received. Is anyone else finding this?"
How did you choose to file? Did you efile, or did you choose to print and mail? If you chose to file by printing and mailing, TurboTax does not mail it for you.
If you chose to efile, what status is displayed when you log into Online TurboTax and look at the Tax Home? Does the state return show a status of "accepted" or something else (if so, what?)
I paid the $40 to file state electronically.
It says 'ACCEPTED" for both federal and state.
The State site says 'not received'. I find it impossible to believe when submitting they don't get a transaction ID which would have been useful to display.

One year, my own state said something similar for a very long time, and then it suddenly changed to Refund Issued.
